The Eagles traveled to Harford Tech and found themselves down 16-6 early due to two forfeits (170, 182) and a loss by major decision (220). Rodney Fisher received a forfeit of his own at 195 for the Eagles. After Luke Ford’s hard fought loss at 220 lbs, Bohemia Manor strung together wins in all of the remaining weights. Earning pins were Kieran Dunn (285), Tyear Castle (113), AJ Jourdan (126), Ryan Statler (138), and Roberto Torres (160). Cody Trybus (106), Jake Trybus (145) and Matt Sciamanna (152) earned major decisions winning 12-0, 10-0, and 8-0, respectively. Preston Kist (120) and Jacob Winward (132) both picked up decision wins. The final score of the match was 54-16.

The Eagles opened the season with a come from behind victory over 2011-12 1A/2A East Region Duals qualifier, Patterson Mill, 42-30. Bohemia Manor showed strength by garnering six total pins, two of which occurred in the first period. Earning pins for the Eagles were returning regional champion, AJ Jourdan (126), Roberto Torres (160), Rodney Fisher (195), Kyle Trybus (106), returning state qualifier Tyear Castle (113), and Preston Kist (120). Also earning victories by decision were Ryan Statler (132), who defeated Patterson Mills lone returning state qualifer 3-1, and returning state place finisher Jake Trybus (145). Next up for the Eagles is the Cobras of Harford Tech on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 beginning at 5:30pm at Harford Tech.
